Great kettle, digital temp control = amazing coffee taste!!!
Great kettle, digital temperature is accurate, easy to read and holds water temperature for at least half an hour! Directions could be more precise, perhaps updated? Issue initially setting the “hold temperature” just press top button, hold temp, then bottom button, on/off, temperature read/ select will show “212” then use +/- buttons to set the hold temperature! Also the directions note 3 beeps, there will be just 1 beep to indicate temp reached or temp set! Small issue!
Being able to raise or lower the temperature for my pour over coffee has made a significant taste enhancement! The goose neck is an accurate pour method which really helps in the pour over process! Well worth the money! Was boiling water in microwave previously, huge taste difference when you have digital temperature control of the water!!
