  Strange transaction I purchased the item and the seller said he wasn’t going to be able to ship for about three weeks due to being on vacation. Usually or at least I do when I am going to be away I freeze my items on eBay till I return. About 21/2 weeks later when it arrived now I knew it was open package but was new. When I opened to look at they looked like they have been in a room that had moisture or something if they had never been used. The rubber had real bad foggy look. Just trashed.

  It WAS a strange transaction in that I was surprised by a cluster of purchases after weeks of inactivity. I was away from the location of the items, so I contacted you and the other purchasers to provide a possible shipping date, or a FULL refund. The items are NEW, unused, bulk packaged, and were purchased for my personal use, and are being passed on at lower than my cost, to avoid wasting them (changed therapy) They are not a clear, colorless material when manufactured. They are not trash
