Great aerobics-style workouts for a low price
I like the videos - they're fun. A little tough at first (to learn the choreography) but a good workout. You get out of it what you put into it. The teacher has a good personality and lots of energy. She's likable. If you like aerobics classes, I recommend it. You don't need any special equipment to do these workouts.

Quiet and very effective
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich We have this in our bedroom. It really keeps the room feeling light and fresh - never feels like it needs to be "aired out". It's quiet and seems to be doing an excellent job. I would buy it again.
