IQ and contrast loss is minimal
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich As expected some loss in image quality and contrast occurs in this TC, as occurs in all TCs. The better question is "Are the losses acceptable?" In my opinion, yes. Many factors can affect image quality: Hand held or tripod, use of lens shade or not, using a quality UV filter or a cheepo, does the camera need exposure correction set? Just to mention a few. I can recommend this TC.

Incredible value!
This lens is light, compact, and beautiful to look at. Pentax forum rates it highly. The lens is manual focus. Those of you who dislike MF should pass this lens up. But for me, I prefer MF. If you find a copy, buy it. It is an incredible value.
