  canceled auction after winning with one low bid. Another item was then listed at a higher starting bid - suggesting they were unhappy with where it ended. Seems like it was canceled because of the low winning bid. Be cautious when participating in auctions with them. I was not offered another card or anything, just a refund and a sorry we aren't sending it. eBay needs to enforce winning auctions better.
