Best to buy it new
1 von 3 finden das hilfreich The 56mm f/ 1.2 R lens I purchased claimed it was in "great condition". Obviously, "great condition" is objective. The lens sounds like a maraca when changing the f-stop, and has a hard time focusing. If I had known of the real condition of this lens, I wouldn't have bought it. I don't mind the "cosmetic" wear out, as long as it works properly, but this lens is frustrating to work with.
I tried it a couple of times, and went back to my 18-55 lens, which is a pleasure to work with.
After I open the box when the 5.6mm f/1.2 R lens arrived, I was dismayed to the sound of the f-stop ring. I read some reviews that mentioned the noise. Still, I could not believe Fuji would produce such a noisy lens. So, this week, I went to B&H and tested a new lens. The difference is remarkable. Hence, the price I payed for the one purchased for this lens in eBay, isn't worth it.
