Telecaster Pickguard Custom Fender Tele 8 Hole Guitar Pick Guard Amber Bamboo

Good people make Good Parts!

I wanted to do a Face Lift on my 1990 Mex made Tele. The first step was to choose a different guard to replace the red Tortoise patterned guard that was omniscience's it when I bought it from some Kid over 15 years ago. He had Hot Rodded it with hotter pups & new bridge & 6 saddle set up and wanted a newer, better Tele. I bought it from him for $260, without a case.. I chose this Guard because the body of the Tele is Black and the 30 year old maple neck & board are a nice dark yellow orange now, which I really like. This guard has the necessary colors to tie the non changeable parameters in to the Tele. It tied the Board & Body together nicely. The folks at rockinBilly's are the best to work with. They it shipped quickly. Being from Canada & I'm on the Gulf of Mexico in Lower Alabama, it took a little time to arrive. The Customer Service folks at Billy's always responded to me email and were a real pleasure to work with. I will always think of & go to them first when I need parts to freshen up my guitar collection. You can trust these guys!

Too expensive for a plastic hoop the Chinese sell for $2 & less

I was let down wit the fact that it is made of plastic, the same plastic the Chinese use for their $1& $2 Lens Hoods. that are exactly like the $7-$20 Lens Hoods found here on eBay. It's a good Hood, I just thing they should not cost the much.

Has a lot of obscure info I would never have learned otherwise...Great Book & happy to have it on my shelf!!

This is a really nice book! Written by Martha Stuart under her Pen Name. She researched a lot on different melons and has written the most useful parts of them down for gardeners to learn the best varieties to grow without investing years of trial & error. Not only that, it's a]of great interest to learn particular melons were a particular favorite our Royalty in the 1500's etc.. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn about watermelons & cantaloupes and other types of gourmet melons... One of a gardener's best tools!
