Not the best
This is OK as far as it goes but does not compare with the book of the same name by Tim Richards. You need some piano technique to make progress in both books and the Tim Richards one is quite explicit that it is for intermediate level pianists. The Martan Mann book suggests that some of the material should be learnt in every key. That is a tough call and as about 80% of the blues tunes can be covered in 4 or 5 keys I think it is unnecessarily off-putting.
