Sonor Black Mamba
My Black Mamba is the 2nd Sonor for my recording kit. If you are worth your salt in the drum world, expressing great success with all kinds of snares for all sorts of live and recording, you HAVE to keep the Sonor in you mind. I love when cats say, "yeah....this or that sounds a lot like this or that."... An old blues guy told me one day, if someone says that a piece of gear "sounds" just like what you are looking for. Say to him, "well,this IS the sound, not just like it!" Lol. It has never mattered if it's Back In Black or an unmixed session, I can get any great sound out of Sonor that Is the sound I'm looking for. Fast tuning, great response, and true consecutive tuning under all circumstances. Thank you guys for the best quality snare out there!

Sonor Force
I'm astounded by Sonor gear, no matter what the series. It is always dependable for studio work, fast tuning and very good, bright shell response. Easy to tune to the room, and great for kicking out the live P.A.--Thank you guys! Cheers
