Excellent Value For Money

I was looking for one of the larger tablets to use specifically with a guitar tabs app on buskers nights. I needed the larger screen size to make the tablature easily visible. I was attracted by the price and specification of this model so I read some reviews and found them to be generally favourable. On the basis of this I ordered the tablet. It arrived within the specified time and so far is doing exactly what I had hoped. I have a different tablet for general use so the neo-Core N2 has very few apps installed. Basically just the Tabs app and a couple of security and clean-up utilities. It starts up quickly, loads apps quickly and the battery life is excellent. The screen comes with a protector already attached so I am not sure what the screen material is. I suspect it may be plastic but, since it already has the protector in place this is not a problem. The screen resolution is the only aspect of this tablet which betrays it's budget origins. The individual pixels are clearly visible with some screen displays. This is not a problem for the apps I use and, in fact, I do not notice the pixilation once I am using the tablet and, for most users it would not be a problem. perhaps high end gamers might be disappointed but I suspect such users would not be buying this tablet. Overall I am delighted with my purchase and can recommend this tablet to anyone looking for a good budget tablet.

Works just as described. Connects easily and reliably.

I have tried Bluetooth adapters in the past and found them to be troublesome at best and useless in some cases. This one works perfectly. It has a CD with drivers for the various Windows operating systems and the Windows 7 driver installed perfectly. My netbook runs Windows 7 Starter which decided it also needed some extra drivers from Windows Update (a common occurrence when installing peripherals) but once these were in the adapter works just as it should. It finds and pairs with other Bluetooth devices quickly and easily. File and data transfers work correctly too.

It did what I was hoping for and more.

I have a Freshman FA300 Jem 12/S guitar. This is a jumbo bodied 12 string and 12 string guitars are notorious for pulling the bridge forward causing the sound board of the guitar to dip above the bridge and belly below it. Eventually this can make the guitar unplayable. My own guitar had just started to show these symptoms so I decided to see if I could stabilise the bridge using the JLD bridge Doctor. It was delivered promptly so I set about fitting it as soon as possible. The instructions are clear enough with fairly basic illustrations. Fitting was simple enough for the most part. The only problem I had was getting the tension rod to line up with the centre of the tail block whilst avoiding the endpin jack socket and its wiring. Being a jumbo guitar i couldn't reach far enough inside to easily locate the rod. Once that was done I carefully tightened the adjusting screw and was very happy to see the dip and belly in the guitar sound board slowly disappear as the gridge came back into alignment. I re-strung the guitar and the bridge stayed stable even under string tension. Over the next few days the bridge has continued to re-align slightly and the guitar is now beautiful to play once again. I have listened carefull to both the acoustic and the amplified sound of the guitar and I cannot detect any change or deterioraation in the sound quality. I am more than happy with this product. It has done much more than I hoped for.
