It's not "one size fits all", as claimed.
Installation hardware was not correct for a 2018 Flex. The mounting holes of the hood are much larger than the hardware clips provided with the kit. It turned a 20 minute installation into 2 hours because of fabrication of clips that fit.

I do not like its inability to have the water force lowered enough.
If the outflow is placed below the water level, the force cannot be lowered to the point where the entire filter pivots on its suction cups, turning it to a position that is not desired. It does not stay where it is placed. When the outflow is suspended above the water level, the force of the water is annoyingly loud and causes too much turbulence.
