ONE SIZE Fits ALL VERY WRONG

I bought it to replace the one I lost. The "ONE SIZ FITS ALL" is a misrepresentation as it sits on my 7 &1/2 hat sized like a CVID sized mask. If it were not for the chinch down tight chin strap it would be like a feather in a windstorm.
