Extremely Disappointing Material & Fit
Very poor design and definitely not made from ‘rubber’; form over function! This flimsy, lightweight mat is a poor fit and does not match the shape of the boot floor. It also overlaps the boot threshold by approximately 20mm and does not match the shape. I have double checked the part number and it is apparently correct for my 2023 Countryman. The reverse of the item is very shiny and slippery, meaning the mat invariably slides out of the boot as luggage is removed. The material is definitely not ‘rubber’ and is a low quality moulded plastic substitute that I suspect will last no more than 6 months with daily usage. I found in my garage, a ‘real’ rubber boot mat from a 2015 Skoda Yeti and this was thicker, more substantial and unbelievably, a better fit than this very poor item from BMW / Mini. I cannot recommend at all. Zero stars.
