I pay immediately after winning a bid.The only time problems occur are with overseas vendor where communication is less than adequate.I have been able to satisfy all of my vendors with one single exception: he was rather strange even paid in full !

Good Gadget
This multi-purpose yet tiny tool is a nice addition to my key chain/Batman Utility Kit. Very uselful to clean one's nails before meeting civilized people...
