  Nothing was great about this seller. Thank you for EBAY for stepping in and refunding my purchase price. The seller NEVER acknowledged my phone calls or Txt messages. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this seller. The HP ProBook 4540s was in very poor condition and would not boot up. Plus it was filthy. The seller's description of this ProBook was far from what actually was received. Again I thank EBAY for resolving an unpleasant experience with this seller.
