I also noticed that the box didn’t have the right charger so it was underpowered. It is a genuine charger but it was only a fifteen watts charger and it should have been a charger with double that wattage. I don’t if that was missing but it wasn’t until I got the item that I saw that it wasn’t the original one. Fortunately I have the right one and I have been using it.

Used daily
I bought this as I'd used the more expensive one at my previous company. I'm not disappointed at all with this version, great bit if kit.
I use it daily for Teams calling and it's so much better than the laptop speakers and microphone.
Shop around as you can get some good deals on them. That much so I bought another one. One day we will go back to office working and the 2nd one will be so useful.
