If you thrive on "Liberal" intellectual pontificating, you'll love this.
POSITIVE: Phyllis Tickle brings a lot of credibility with her in this book. The research is detailed and accurate.
NEGATIVE: This is agenda driven material. You must accept the premise that Christianity "is" changing for this to work. My observation is "society" is changing at the hands of the liberal media, education, and government. This new society has lower expectations of all things moral and faith based. Ms Tickle sees this as a change "in" Christianity not "on" Christianity.
PURCHASE: I purchased this to review for a study group at my church. Our group leader is a Tickle Tea Drinker and believes in this stuff.
