Fitment
My cat had a TRD spoiler already installed. This spoiler has additional mounting points for the trunk lid. There is a lot of trial and error and to get it to look right. For the price and their exceptions it fits as described. Do not buy this without understanding it is not a direct bolt on. There are no instruction of any type or templates for recommend mounting.

Fits great. Its not not predrilled, but I had no fitment issues at all.

Exactly as described
Yes they both fit an LS430, note they are not the exact width of the rear window or trunk lid but (1/4" short left and right). If you follow the provided instructions by mounting from the absolute center installation is a breeze.
