A Brilliant Horror game that you shouldn't miss!
This game is the reason why i created an Ebay(/Paypal) account and it was pretty expensive too but you know what?it worth the money,the game is brilliant and if you are a Fatal Frame/project zero fan(like me) then you will love it!While the game was brilliant it has its flaws though so this is my + & - for Fatal Frame IV!
Good things:
1)Really interesting Storyline
2)Creepy atmosphare & the game takes place in a completely diferrent place with other FF games.
3)Four Playble Characters.
4)The Ghosts are VERY aggresive and when they attack they are scary.
5)Great Voice-Acting
6)Probably the bigger Fatal Frame game to date.
7)Exploration is very satisfing.
Bad things:
1)You need to download and install the homebrew channel so you can be able to use the patch that a group of fans made to play the game in English.They did a great work though.
2)One of the most laggy games you have ever played,you are unable to complete a quest(Ghost List) so you are unable to unlock an item.There are many framedrops too and rarely(only 1 time happened to me it freezes).*Although the team that created the English patch has created an Update in which you are able to cmplete the ghost list.
3)WHile the Storyline is indeed great and very VERY interseting at the end you will end up having alot questions.Questions that people are still trying to find answers for them in the game's forums.
4)This is a negative thing that all the Fatal Frame games have,there is not alot replayabillity but as i said before it is the longest fatal Frame game.
5)WHile the Ghosts are very agressive the game is too easy,they die to quickly.Although you fight them in tight corridors and that makes it alot harder.
If you are a horror fan you really can't miss this game,it is great!

Worst game in the series but still worth your time.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Project Zero Maiden of Black Water is a really enjoynable adventure-horror game with an interesting and most of the times fun gameplay,story,atmosphere,characters and it uses the WiiU gamepad at it's fullest potential although it is clearly the worst game in the Project Zero series in all the aspects.
I would recomend this game firstly to the fans of the series (even if they will get dissapointed and probably get mad,it still worth the time) and to people who want to try a nice eerie,creepy adventure with many horror elements in a very mysterious and ineresting setting.
Unfortunatly,I can't call this game horror since its more action oriented,especially if you compare it to the past games in the series,but horror fans would still appreciate most of it.
So yeah to sum up it is the worst game in the series ( by far ) but it still woth your time if you know where you are getting into.
