Very Disappointed - Do your research!

I have tried programming 3 times at this point and still am unable to get the unit to respond to the temperatures and fluctuate the fan performance. I’ve owned less than 90 days, cannot get the unit to perform and I’m unable to return to the business since they cannot resell it now. Glad that is the priority, reselling versus fixing the concern.
