  Purchased this item said it worked and did not match description. When it arrived THE ARMS WERE BROKEN AND BENT AND DID NOT MOVE AT ALL. they crammed it in the box to fit in the wrong size box.the hair was off and THE CANDLE WAS NOT ATTACHED TO TTHE HAND it was hanging off with a black twist tie.
