Many useless recipes

The information in this book was not very compelling. It is also filled with recipes that most people will never use. There may be 5-6 good recipes that I'll use. Save your money. Your better off searching YouTube.

Don't buy this book

I love cookbooks but not this one. It's highly overrated and only deserves 2 stars. Save your money and buy a different book

Just big scissors

I bought these shears to trim and cut up chicken as advertised. What a rip off. They barely cut chicken skin. My advice......don't buy them!!
