Great manual film camera!
Shooting with the Mamiya RB67 is the polar opposite to shooting with a modern DSLR. Speed is not this camera's forte. You'll need to slow down, carefully compose each and every shot, ensure the camera is set correctly, and then press that shutter release. How does the shot look? You won't know until the film comes back from the processor! It's also quite heavy, so get your tripod ready (or spend a few weeks at the gym).
Everything here is manual. Focus? Manual. You'll also be cocking the shutter, resetting the mirror and advancing the film after each shot. Also, you'll want a light meter, as this camera does not have any built-in electronics whatsoever.
However, if you're willing to take the extra time, this camera will deliver STUNNING results. Portraiture looks fabulous, as do landscapes. I spend a lot of time in the studio and appreciate the fact that my modern flash setup will work with the built-in sync port.
It's so nice to slow down every once in a while. If you want a great shooting experience with outstanding results, consider this camera.
