More than a headache.
If you're buying this board to replace in the exact same Dell case, well great! If not I hope you have a basic understanding of eletronic engineering or some extra cash and time to buy all the propriatary connections, because this board's riddled with propriatary connectors that Dell even made it's own post screen when connectors aren't hooked up correctly. this includes their 5 pin fan, front I/O connectors, power switch connection, and the dreaded thermosensor...There's very little info on pin out for these board's besides a Reddit post explaining bypasses for it. Id recommend any other brand board if you're building from the ground up, there's no and Lenovo board's for the same price with these connections and it'll save you time, money and headaches from soldering and desolderinf what works and what doesn't. I've got it to bypass finally but with some diy work

Does its job!
Product came in a speedy manor, packaging was minimalist but secure enough to keep everything safe. Booted up perfect in my dell xps 8300 MOBO! Doesnt have onboard intel graphics in this gen xeono though so a graphic card is a must if you need any gui interface. had it running no stop for a few weeks, no problems.
