  First EBay purchase where I feel like I’ve been ripped off. Bought this item described as “used condition”. The item is well beyond what could be considered fair wear and tear, even for something that is 80 years old. Seller listed it as “no returns accepted”. After receiving it, I can see why. He is claiming that it is my fault for not asking what the condition was like. I have included photos of what I received compared with another 1940s rifle stock. You be the judge of acceptable or not.

  This is the worst Ebay sale ever since 2013 - congratulations, he is on top of the list and if the buyer feels "ripped off" - likewise. That "he is claiming that it is my fault for not asking what the condition was like". He has never been accused of being at fault. His remarks are unacceptable, inappropriate and false - the photos he claims - are they of my stock or others? His gripe is unacceptable and unwarranted -he has been refunded in full. I do not recommend this buyer.
