I wish I had bought this years ago
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich There are several brass workstations that this will work with. Mine is a Lyman. What matters is whether yours will take 8-32 threads. If it will screw this into a drive adjacent to the outside deburr cutter. Since mine is a five drive unit my processing goes like this. Pick up the case primer pocket up and insert on trimmer, go to outside deburr, go to inside deburr, invert the case and clean the primer pocket, ream primer pocket and go to next brass.
There are other operations necessary but this speeds up my brass prep. I have used this with .223 and .45.
I will buy another as eventually the areas I use will become dull. Better safe than sorry.

Got it to the post office promptly
Unfortunately the Post Office reactivated the pony express. At least it seemed that way with the GSR spread out in the garage. But it was the right part. It is in good shape. I had it installed within 30 minutes of the arrival. And it works perfectly. Thanks.

Much better control
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich These are great grips. Kimber changed from these to the G-10 grips what are extremely aggressively textured. I believe they did this because the G-10 grips are 'fashionable'. The only reason I can find for the G-10 material is if you need to decontaminate your firearm in a nuclear environment. In that case I have bigger problems. These are identical to what came on some of the previous 1911's from Kimber.
They are a rubber like material and the texturing is very good for positive control without feeling like your are holding on to a sander designed to remove skin from your palms.
Dimension wise they are mil-spec so they should fit any full frame 1911.
