  Actually I have 25 years of positive feedback to prove I am not an unpleasant person. You forgot to mention that you gave me a refund without any explanation, I had to request it. I asked for a photo of the damaged model which you did not provide, as you said you had thrown it away earlier that day. I told you it must still be in your bin, at which point you went silent on me. No reasonable person would be convinced the model was damaged when you were able to prove it, but would not do so.
