Would not honor their listing price after close - They demanded more money after auction closed and i had already paid in full. This is clear violation of seller listing rules (no changes after auction closes). I have reported this dishonest seller to eBay. They lied on refund by stating buyer cancelled - but i had already paid in full and was expecting seller to honor the transaction agreement, which seller refused to do.

Great Product! Works well with a couple small caveats
I am sure each dog is different, but mine responds extremely well to the 'vibrate' mode of the collar. With that mode on, I say "come" and if she gives me a blank look, I hit the button and say "come" again and it is like I have a robot dog. The stick drops out of her mouth and she comes running. Awesome.
I would say that the biggest issue I have is that the buttons to change settings are very easily pushed/changed with the controller in your pocket. It is very easy to change settings and not know it, and then think that the collar isn't working.. or worse, to change to the SHOCK mode by mistake. This has happened many times. I think the manufacturer should put a "lock" function on the devise so that it is not changed inadvertently, or find some other solution.
But again, for MY dog, a dog who did not respond to choke collars and just is too excited and distracted sometimes to focus and pay attention, this collar is a blessing.

Great Product. Collapses down pretty small and feels sturdy when extended

So well written. I learned a lot but was also entertained. I love that Knutsen gets nearly as many pages as Gibson!
