Weber One-Touch Cleaning System Kit 18.5

Easy install

The one touch is about vent controls. Other than that somewhat questionable value., if you have a one touch and need vent control, you need this. The design is like a puzzle but very clever. The fins are numbered and there are no screws or bolts involved. The handle snaps in place with an insert and twist and is very stable. Put new life into my Weber. By the way the old one will fail just as you put the meat on the grill and adjust the vents. Check yours now and replace it before it fails.

Better than original

This drip tray is heavy gauge and much heavier than the Treager original equipment tray. The original lasted about 3 years. This one will last longer. A lot longer. The only fault I have is that it is a bit heavy to lift. I store the searing station with the rack, tray and heat diffuser in the smoker. I am reminded of the weight every time I switch it out.

Love the twin pro

The shape of the handle and the thickness of the blade make it a joy to use. Easy to sharpen yet holds an edge. I have the santuko and a slicing/chefs knife.
