if you want accurate, repeatable cuts .. buy this
Forget the cheaper options, if you want accurate, repeatable cuts .. buy this. First use was to cut 24, 62mm diameter discs in acetate film, each one as good as the first with no reset. My cheaper one couldn't even cut two the same size without drifting off the initial set.

Ideal for use with 7th Generation iPad
If you wish to expand the capabilities of the new iPads, this is the way to go. Assuming you already have, either an Apple or third party, Lightning to USB adapter.. the next stage is usually to hook up a Portable HDD Drive, the problem is the iPad USB bus simply can’t supply enough power run the drive. This solves the problem
