  Ordered a rare toy (not available as new) for my kid as a gift from Santa. The seller never responded to my messages. This one was never shipped. I ended up buying the same from a different seller. I filed a refund request and assumed eBay would take care of it automatically. They don’t! I checked today and found the case closed for inactivity. Unfortunately, I don’t think the seller is well since they have a 100% positive feedback. I hope they become well. PayPal refunded my money.
