Installation problems
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich This printer went through its self-setting-up routine without any problem and printed a test page of satisfactory quality. However, the driver, downloaded from the HP website, refused to install. I tried again with a different computer (running on the same OS) and that didn't work. I then tried with two other computers, one running on Vista, one on 10, using the correct driver for each, again a total failure, thus rendering the printer useless. I activated a return, which was accepted. I then bought an Epson printer, which came with an installation disk. The driver etc installed from the disk with no problems and the printer was ready for use in about ten minutes. I've had problems with HP products before now and I'd think very carefully before buying HP again.
