  The seller's listing didn't show Local Pick-Up Only. When the error was caught, they cancelled before contacting me the buyer to see if I would even be willing to pay extra for shipping, which I would have, then proceeds to relist with Local Pick-Up. However has still failed to correct the listing (in description says can ship up to 24 rolls in a single box which is very misleading). Good or bad seller, Neutral feedback is given for failing to ask then blaming eBay for not adding shipping
