Decent for price

Smaller than last desktop, but not small form factor. Took to local shop for setup as I wasn't familiar with Windows 10. I don't really like the vertical CD drive--a little hard to use, but it works and that's apparently what they need to do to make it smaller. Biggest disappointment was that it stopped working after 4 months. Back to local shop and they said computer and hard drive ok but Windows 10 became corrupted so they had to setup all over again--I'm skeptical that they needed a complete do over at more than original setup fee, but I was at their mercy. Software problem, so warranty wouldn't cover--tho it had run out anyway since this was a refurb. Oh well, it's working great now and orig price for refurb was good. I would still buy another refurb but would save money and do setup myself like I used to do before Windows 10

Great OEM product

Hard to find these at reasonable prices? These are originals so fit well and do great job for me.

Worked at first

Battery doesn't really fit--sticks out the back. However, it did work in the beginning. Now, it won't hold the charge--charged up to 100%, but goes to zero within a half hour. That was only slightly longer than the prior replacement battery, but at least that one worked a lot longer. None as good as OEM
