The Bat (gets his revenge!
One of the greatest performances of one of the greatest operettas ever written. It is truly awesome. (DVD in excellent condition, too! We’ll keep it forever. Thank you!)

Seeking revenge never pays—everyone loses.
It is one of the truly “great” Shakespeare productions and the cast is outstanding. Pacino takes one’s breath away with his acting, as does Irons, and the disguised ladies were subtle and convincing as males while never losing their ‘true’ characters underneath. The play is a profound message to us all regarding ethnic bias and prejudice, as well as forgiving each other for being so painfully human. Deeply moving.

The true reason for Christmas is the greatest miracle the world has ever seen.
The book explains very clearly exactly why Christmas began to be celebrated in the first place (including pagan influences upon the many different forms of celebration Christmas may include), and why keeping Christmas in our hearts year round can change the world.
