Super informative, with easy reading and explanations
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This cookbook has lots of Keto (low carb) recipes, as well as information and meal plans. It is easy to follow and exactly what I was looking for to help me achieve better health as well as lose some excess weight that I have put back on over the last few years.

Great substitute for Pasta
This is the perfect addition to my eating plan where I am staying away from high carbs such as pasta. I can replace the pasta with the Miracle Noodles which I got as rice, noodles and fettuchini in the dishes I prepare and know that I am eating in a more healthy way.
