Such a shame thiere is little availability on this wonderful ab exerciser invention.
WOW!
I reviewed scores of ab rollers, all different shapes, sizes, approaches and colours; they all basically did same thing with a few variations here and there.
I discovered this apparently obsolete rolling ball Ab roller, which turned out to be unique design and approach; creating over 100 additional exercises over the standard ab rollers.
In the flesh the RoCK-360 Ab exercise is big and extravigant in its size and strategy (very USA). Its extremely solid - guy in demonstration DVD was about 320 lbs!! and RoCK-360 supported him without a squeek of protest!!! The seller had the full package; Rck 360, 11 DVDs, Mat, two wall charts and recipe book; all arrived in excellent condition.
Exercising with Rck-360 is very easy; and works you abs, arms, back, shoulders and chest very well; I noticed strength increase in about two workouts. If there is availability, go for it, this a all-you-need-one-stop exerciser. Highly recommended, wonderful idea and well done Tommy Saunders for you innovation and hard work.

Another good nostalgic trip down Sci-Fi memory lane.
Classic Sci-Fi movies whose format paved the way for the beloved Star Trek series. Good movies, just not as scary as I remembered it. But well worth keeping in your collection.

Good device with little surprise.
Need a big gig data stick, chose this on as it is bright and draws attention to itself so reducing possibility of forgetting it in a socket. I love the big flashing activation light hidden within it's body. Nice product.
