Limited capabilities
This solar charger doesn't take a solar charge in a timely enough manner to make it useful.
Whom I fully charge it on AC, it discharges more rapidly than the 30,000mAh solar charger I purchased previously. It's really just an extra, external battery with varying storage capability.

Still doesn’t work
I purchased the mesh cap, as it is OMRON’s recommended fix for ‘failure to emit a full gas stream’. While the gas stream is slightly improved, it is intermittent and below an adequate amount for use.
