  On Sunday 7.27 @ 10:51pm I came across this Jose Ramirez topps 2025 UV. The seller was asking $55.00. I proceeded to offer a very fair $49.99 which was all to quickly counter offered with a price of $52.00. I thought hooray we met in the middle. I quickly accepted this counter offer at 10:53pm with the funds posting at 10:55pm. All of the sudden at 11:01pm The seller cancelled and said nothing more than “sorry someone offered a higher price” was the extra $3 worth it
