Take Off the Sensors Before Shipping
The sweater is great. My only complaint is that it was shipped to me with the security sensor attached. I had to go to several department stores before pleading with them to remove the sensor. Because I did not purchase the sweater obviously at any of the stores they refused to remove the sensor as they were concerned that I could have stolen it from another store. While I can understand their concerns, I did not take kindly to being viewed in that context. Because of this error by the company employees at my local stores now look at me askew. I am not happy with that at all. Finally I pleaded and pleaded, after numerous trips around town, and the sensor was removed. This can be easily remedied by the company so I hope that an extra check before shipping will correct this issue for you. Merry Christmas!
