  Seller sold me "A great collection of mansion house porcelain figures" but took the pictures in that way that I couldn't see 5 figures has broken parts of instruments. Before buying seller reply me that items are in perfect condition, which wasn't true. Seller refuse partial refund and Ebay decide to give me full refund as seller didn't want to cooperate with me or Ebay. I suggest to stay away from this seller and don't believe in his auction description.

  The item arrived safely, which was surprising in view of the loose packaging and damage to the end of the parcel. I was pleasantly surprised to discover it was not made of Bakelite or spelter, mentioned in the listing, but bronze: so, worth the cost of a more impressive base and professional repaint. Lastly, the description should have included the facts that the paint had been touched up many time to cover damage and that the base was glued to the base and so in poor condition.

  Beautiful & perfect Capodimonte figurine of Shepherd and sheep. Excellent packaging. Fast despatch and though delivery was late, Postal Deliveries hereabouts are abysmal, so it wasn't the seller's fault.
