  The Scope arrived damaged. I contacted the seller who referred me to USPS to file a claim. I contacted the USPS who said I couldn't file a claim because I wasn't the Shipper. I contacted the Seller who didn't do anything to help solve the issue. I got stuck with a Damaged Scope!

  Buyer Failed to Report item to post office when Item arrived. I contacted the Postmaster who told me to have buyer file a complaint with item and Pictures so I could open a claim on my end which he failed to do. Postmaster said I could not open a claim without proof that the package or item was damaged. Buyer claimed that there was some sort of oil on exterior part of lens asked if he tried cleaning it and got zero reply. Impossible to file a claim when buyer doesn't do his part to file it.
