good cheap amp
have owned many amps over the years and these are qiute musical and bop along nicely for a cheap amp
Turn loudness off and run flat and my one sounded good.

Owned 20+ cd players but go back to these.
Great player but make sure it has got a copper underside to make sure its a legit one.
These are great players i have had 2 of them over the years, They play most music very well, are very musical and not fatiguing.
They fit into a wide range of systems and are better most other cdp's you can buy for £120 secondhand.
Also the vam cd12 mechanisms are quite easy to replace and play cdr's.
