I would recommend this book to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain.

I spent one afternoon and evening reading Dr. Sarno's book and went to bed that night with NO PAIN in my neck or back. After a few days the pain came back but extremely decreased from where it had been before. Every day it improves more and more. I wish I had found the book 50 years ago. Thanks Dr. Sarno. Relief feels wonderful.
