  Worst deal ever...I contacted Seller to buy 2 items listed if I could get combined shipping. That was agreed upon. The items were USED paint in 2 oz plastic bottles. Very lightweight. instead of combined shipping, I was charged DOUBLE, and the price for each was $12.55 so I was billed $25.10 for shipping. The Seller said they would try to refund some of the overcharge (which should be at least $12.55), but has not done so and now does not respond to me...
