  Package arrived 1 week late after being lost in horrible condition and broken. Asked for a fair compensation to reflect the broken pieces and was offered nothing but an excuse that “well, I did my job and dropped it off, its not my fault USPS broke it!” We were charged $75 For shipping and it took 2 weeks to arrive; BROKEN AND CLEARLY mishandled. We simply asked for $50 back from the shipping charge which was a fair and accurate reflection of the unit arriving damaged.

  Contrary to the description of being in excellent condition, there is some contamination on the armpits and hips that cannot be erased even after washing. However, it was a good deal because it was cheap.
