Great, but how....?
Looks to be OEM-quality. I realize that these things are mostly purchased by professionals, but instructions for us laymen would have been nice. It looks simple enough, but I don't know how to get the old one off, put this one on.

Cozy biographical read
Make no mistake, this is not a "reference" guide for gardeners, per se. It's written in Apps' usual autobiographical, story-telling style. Apps does provide recommendations on technique, plant varieties, and care. It's an easy, interesting, cozy read. You'll be disappointed that the book comes to an end.
