Waste of money
No use unless you take only capsules and then they have to be small enough. As you push down it gets stuck if larger and also it is the shape for a capsule - try removing Adcal D3. On tiny round tablets it presses on the outer packing so not releasing the tablet.

Good insight into this amazing man
The book is about my mother's uncle of whom we know very little. The book not only gave a history and personal insight into the man but I was delighted to see mention of his family and early life.
