Good, cheap and convenient
This is self-contained pack of heels, adhesive, and metal surface roughener/glue spreader, all you need to do the job. The heels are pliable and easily cut to shape, and will sit well onto the heel you offer them up to even where it is perhaps a bit uneven. I was very well pleased with this product.

A well-priced attractive hip flask
