Readers Digest Illustrated Atlas
This is an excellent product with loads of information and I would recommend it.

Really good workouts
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich I am really pleased with these CDs. Being in my 70s and having had a heart attack a few years ago I wanted to exercise but needed to start off reasonably gently. These CDs do just that and the Yoga CD is very good too. In fact I don't think I need harder workouts as these discs will keep me very fit indeed.

Lightweight and easy to use.
I think this is one of those buys where I can genuinely state that it's worth every penny and more. It was easy to use and clean and I would recommend it to all.
